Extra care was given to provide a modern flair to this vehicle storage facility. This custom steel building, located in Richfield, WI, stands at 27,040 square feet, with18’ eave heights to accommodate the tall overhead doors. The column-free interior is fully lined with steel steel panels, is divided with partition walls, and includes a large wash bay. The exterior is a combination of white A-Panel siding with black wainscot & trim, and finished with a black standing seam roof system.

The 2,000 square foot attached office features 2’ eave extensions, a small at-eave canopy at the entrance door, and a full wall opening to the storage building.
