Born into a family of business owners, Jeff was raised in the metal building construction industry.  He earned his BBA in Business Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin in 1992. After spending five years managing the internal operations for his family's metal building construction company, Jeff spent the next 15+ years in sales management, global marketing, and was a financial advisor and small business coach. He reunited with Rick in 2015 and is now a focal member of the Redhawk management team.

Jeff's specific responsibilities are in the business operations area including finance, accounting, legal, strategic planning, and job costing. As well, he has a strong focus on the business development side of the company through his efforts in marketing, communications, and customer relations

When not at work, Jeff enjoys being a Soccer Dad, golfing, downhill skiing and his work as an Assistant Scoutmaster for his sons' Boy Scout Troop. He is married with three children.

Rick has worked in the pre-engineered metal buildings market for over 35 years, with a combined history as a construction foreman, construction company manager, as well as an owner. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and began his PEMB career directly after college. He saw a good opportunity for growth in the metal building market and focused his career in this industry. At Redhawk, Rick designs and prices buildings for customers, and is also the project manager of all field operations. He is married with four children.

Rick also is the manager of Redhawk's sister company, NuStructures, which erects many of our metal buildings. Rick manages a crew of up to 20 field staff and is directly involved in the high quality work that NuStructures and Redhawk performs.
