Sylvania Avenue Storage Building

This 10,000 square foot facility was originally constructed as a spec building, and now repurposed for the storage and maintenance of recreational vehicles. All primary and secondary steel components, the roof panel, and the roofline trims are sourced from Nucor, ensuring high quality and durability. The framed opening and base trims are also supplied by Nucor. A self-supported wood mezzanine has been incorporated into the office area to expand the square footage.

The wall panels and wall corner trims are provided by Brucha, contributing to the aesthetic appeal. Additionally, rake and eave extensions were included in the overall design. A 2’-0” high eave extension was added as an enhancement after the initial construction, further optimizing the building's utility.
