Roland Machinery Shop & Office Building

Located in Racine, Wisconsin, Roland Machinery is a 22,000 sf custom designed machinery shop with office. The curb side and entrance are enhanced with parapets and a corner wrapped 6’ projection below-eave canopy. The shop includes nine overhead doors. There are mezzanines in both buildings, with the interiors fully lined with steel liner panel.

Added support was included in the design to accommodate its two 10 ton top-running cranes. The roof system is a floating standing seam roof system, which accommodates thermal expansion and contraction: giving this building generations of dependable protection.
