Indoor Sports Complex

This massive indoor sports complex encompasses a total of 153,000 sf of indoor space, including a 33,250 sf second-floor gym. In lieu of bar joist, the mezzanine was created using a grid of beams, which maximizes the clear height while providing a low-to-zero level of vibration.

This unique & modern facility exemplifies the intricate design and engineering capabilities of a custom pre-engineered metal building. The main building is a 350’ x 160’ clear span, houses three turf fields for softball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, golf and flag football, as well as a single-slope structure and a lean-to, each 175’ x 190’. The entrance is highlighted by a canopy with a combination of roof panels, trim, and wood siding. All wall and roof panels feature our PVDF cool coatings, increasing the facility’s energy efficiency.
